Woven patches and embroidered patches are not the same. The higher resolution makes for clean, crisp lettering. Unlike embroidered patches, woven patches can be produced according to tight schedules and, best of all, they cost less.
1) A 50% savings over embroidered patches.
2) High-definition text, logos, and artwork.
3) A flat surface, making custom made patches easy to affix to garments, bags and other textile products.
4) Sturdy for outdoor use or for high friction areas.
5) They can be both sew on or iron on the clothing.
Type of Flods & Cuts
End Fold
Folded down on the left and right side to create a softer edge.
Center Fold
Folded in the middle and usually sewn into a seam. Center fold labels can also be used for sleeve and hem labels.
Straight Cut or Heat Cut
No Folds. Straight cut labels are usually sewn on on two or all four sides.
Center End Fold
Folded in the middle and ends. Mainly used on the outer hems of tops or pockets on pants. There is an additional charge for this fold.
Mitre Fold
The ends are folded under and up, creating a tab to be sewn into a seam. There is an additional charge for this fold.
Die Cut
We can cut your label to a custom shape of your choice. Die cut can be made on the outer shape as well as inside the label. There is an additional charge for this fold.
Overlock Stitch
Create a high quality woven patch with an overlock stitch on the rim of the woven label. Many brands use this overlock stitch on caps, clothing and bags.
Manhattan Fold
Similar to a centerfold label, except the top of the label is folded down, creating a flap to tuck the bottom fold into. There is an additional charge for this fold.
